Tuberculosis Laboratory Operations Group (TB-LOG) was established in Edmonton, Canada, to support diagnostic evaluation, clinical research, and laboratory quality by helping research teams better understand how laboratory operations and technology work together as components of the diagnostic system. Through scientific evaluation of laboratory execution in routine practice, TB-LOG may contribute to a better understanding of operational factors that influence the quality, reliability, and interpretation of diagnostic results.
